Bloody Mary
The sweet heat from our honey chili sauce elevates the classic mix of tomato, lime, and vodka, creating a perfect balance of spicy, savory, and tangy. Bold, memorable, and totally Papi-approved—this is the Bloody Mary your brunch has been waiting for.

Ingredients
- 6 oz tomato juice
- ½ oz Tapi Papi
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 heavy dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon of horseradish
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Pinch of MSG (substitute for extra pinch of salt if desired)
- Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
- Tajin seasoning, for rim
Optional Garnishes (if you want to get real fancy with it):
- 1 inch cube cheddar cheese
- 1 green olive, pitted
- 1 radish, quartered (use ¼ per glass)
- sprig of dill
- wooden skewer
Steps
- Place all ingredients in small shaker tin.
- Top off large shaker with ice. Close shaker.
- Roll the cocktail between shaker tins until the outside of the tins are frosty (avoid vigorous shaking to prevent frothing).
- Rim the pint glass in Tajin, pour in the contents of the shaker, and serve with skewered garnishes.
