Chicken Wings
HONEY-CHILI CHICKEN WINGS
These oven-baked chicken wings are crispy, juicy, and ridiculously easy to make—no fryer needed. Drench them in some Tapi Papi, and boom! Next-level game night achieved.
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
3lb party chicken wings (check out Savenor’s)
2 Tablespoons canola oil (or other neutral vegetable oil)
1 Tablespoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 bottle of Tapi Papi
Garnishes
6 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds, dry toasted

Pat wings dry with paper towel and place in a bowl
Add oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and dry oregano. Toss until fully coated
Marinate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight
Pre-heat oven to 500º F
Spread wings over a rack on a large sheet tray without overlapping (use 2 sheet trays if necessary)
Roast for 20 minutes in the middle rack
After 20 minutes, pull wings out and set the broiler to high
Broil for 1-3 minutes or until skin is golden brown
Put hot wings into a bowl and toss with lots of Tapi Papi
