Tuna Poké

TUNA POKE

Chef’s favorite fish monger, Wulf’s, sells and ships high-quality frozen tuna poké packs from their online store. Stash a few packs in your freezer to make these awesome lettuce wraps on any given night.

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 10oz tuna, yellowfin or big eye cut into 1 inch cubes
  available at Wulf’s online store

• 1 head of bibb lettuce
  Note: For a crunchier bite, substitute with romaine lettuce

• ½ cup mayo

• 3 Tablespoons Tapi Papi

• 1 Tablespoon lime juice

• Kosher salt, to taste

Garnishes

• 1 scallion, sliced into rounds or 1” strips

• 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

• Pinch of aleppo pepper, or your favorite chili flake

Steps

1. Separate leaves of bibb lettuce and set aside

2. In a small bowl, whisk mayo, Tapi Papi, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste

3. Toss tuna with Tapi Papi mayo

4. Stack two large leaves of lettuce and top with ¼ cup of dressed tuna

5. Top with sesame seeds, aleppo, and scallions. Eat right away!
